Integrated marketing studio on Kandahar Street

Campaigns cut, pinned and checked before they run.

Morning light through the front shutters. Proofs laid along the long table.

The studio opens onto Arab Street before the district is fully awake. A brief arrives by email; someone reads it aloud while another person marks the first page in pencil. That is how work begins here — not with a deck, but with a sentence everyone can agree on.

Founded as a deliberate alternative to large-network agency models, the studio keeps senior practitioners on every engagement. You will not be handed to a junior team after the first conversation.

We are Boost Haven Spark, an integrated marketing and campaign communications studio. We help Singapore and APAC companies organise their message before media planning, creative production or channel scheduling begins. Our craft sits between strategy and execution: campaign architecture, creative direction, content systems and launch communications.

The Bolt Roll

Structure before spend

Most briefs arrive with urgency attached. Our first job is to slow the room down long enough to name the audience, the single proposition and the channels that actually matter for this quarter. Everything else waits.

Scene → brief → method → deliverable

What lands on the long table

A founder walks in with three competing narratives across their website, sales deck and paid ads. The problem is not bad design — it is three different stories. We read the brief together, mark what contradicts, and rewrite one line everyone can sign.

The working method follows the fabric metaphor we keep in this shophouse: warp threads first, then weft. Campaign architecture before creative bursts. Channel mix before asset lists. Written deliverables at every stage so nothing depends on memory or a single person's inbox.

Clients leave with documents they can hand to internal teams, agencies-of-record or freelance specialists. The studio does not hoard knowledge in slide transitions.

The Weft Stack

Three disciplines from six

Our full capability spans six integrated disciplines. On the home page we show three; the remaining three live on Loomwork.

01

Campaign architecture

We map the story arc, audience segments and channel roles before any asset is briefed. The output is a written campaign spine your team can follow through production and launch.

02

Creative direction

Visual and verbal language are set together — tone, palette references, typographic restraint and photography direction. You receive a creative brief document, not mood-board screenshots alone.

03

Channel orchestration

Paid, owned and earned channels are sequenced with explicit hand-offs. Each channel knows what it must say, what it must not repeat and when it goes live relative to the others.

The Swatch Ladder

Two ways we work together

Five engagement shapes exist in full on Weaves. Here are two that suit most first conversations.

Campaign sprint

A focused four-to-six week engagement to structure one launch or one seasonal programme. We enter with your existing materials, exit with a campaign spine, channel plan and creative direction pack.

Written deliverable: campaign architecture document + channel sequencing chart

Studio retainer

Ongoing access to the studio for marketing leads who need a senior pair of eyes on briefs, proofs and channel mixes throughout the year. Monthly working sessions and async document review.

Written deliverable: monthly critique notes + revised brief annotations

What you receive in writing

Every engagement ends with documents, not impressions. These are the artefacts clients most often request.

Read how we review and refine work in the Dyehouse, or book a half-day session in the Courtyard. Past collaboration sketches — anonymised — sit in the Swatchbook.

Our studio sits above the shophouse shops of Kandahar Street, within walking distance of Sultan Mosque and the textile merchants of Arab Street. Clients who visit for the first time often remark on the quiet — no open-plan hum, just the table, the proofs and the courtyard door left ajar when the weather allows.

We work with marketing leads who already have production relationships in place. Our value is the written spine that keeps those relationships aligned: one campaign architecture document, one creative direction pack, one channel sequencing chart that everyone references when a headline drifts or a channel goes live early.
