1. Overview

This cookie notice explains how Boost Haven Spark Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on boosthavenspark.life ("the Site"). It should be read alongside our privacy notice and terms of use.

We use a small number of cookies to remember your consent choices. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the Site.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser on return visits. Similar technologies include localStorage, which stores data in your browser without expiry until cleared.

Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" cookies (remaining until they expire or you delete them).

3. How we use cookies

We categorise cookies as follows:

• Essential: Required to store your cookie consent choice. These cannot be disabled while still using the consent mechanism.
• Functional: Optional cookies that remember display preferences and panel state. Disabled if you reject non-essential cookies.
• Analytics: Reserved for future use. Currently not active on the Site regardless of your choice.

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If we introduce them in future, this notice will be updated and your consent will be requested again.

4. Cookie consent mechanism

When you first visit the Site, a banner at the bottom of the screen offers three choices:

• Accept all: Essential and functional cookies are enabled. Analytics remains off.
• Reject all: Only essential cookies are stored to remember your rejection.
• Customise: Opens a panel where you can toggle functional and analytics categories individually, then save.

Your choice is stored in:

• A cookie named bhs_consent with a one-hundred-and-eighty-day expiry, Path=/, SameSite=Lax
• A localStorage backup under the key cookie_consent_v1

The stored value is a JSON object recording your category choices and a timestamp. It does not contain personal identifiers.

5. Manage cookies

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the button below. This reopens the consent panel with your current settings.

With JavaScript disabled, the banner may remain visible on each visit. You can still read all Site content. Essential server logs may continue as described in our privacy notice.

You may also delete cookies through your browser settings. Clearing bhs_consent and cookie_consent_v1 will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.

6. Google Maps

Every page on the Site embeds Google Maps to show our studio location at 12 Kandahar Street, Singapore. When you load a page with a map iframe, Google may set cookies or collect usage data according to Google's own policies.

We do not control Google's data collection. Google Maps is a third-party service governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you prefer not to interact with Google Maps, you may avoid scrolling to the map section or use browser extensions that block third-party iframes. Our address and directions are also available as text on the Doorbell page.

7. Google Fonts

The Site loads Fraunces, Inter Tight and Space Mono from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address and browser data when fonts are requested. We use display=swap to minimise layout impact.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Methods vary by browser and version. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.

Blocking all cookies may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and may affect map display.

10. Changes

We may update this cookie notice when our practices change. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be described on this page.

12. Agency disclaimer

We are an independent marketing agency on Kandahar Street. This site describes our craft, working methods and engagement shapes. Outcomes depend on market conditions, product strength, timing and decisions outside our control — nothing here promises a particular commercial result.

13. Your rights summary

Under the PDPA and our privacy notice, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time using the Manage cookies control above or by clearing browser storage.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from reading any page on the Site. Essential consent storage is required only to remember that you rejected optional categories.

14. Technical details

Consent JavaScript runs after DOMContentLoaded. It reads bhs_consent before displaying the banner to avoid flash on return visits. Corrupt cookie values are discarded and the banner is shown again.

Functional cookies, when enabled, may store UI preferences such as whether the customise panel was left open. No functional cookies are set if you reject all non-essential categories.
