Who reads the mailbox
Mei Lin Koh, Studio Lead, reads [email protected] each weekday morning before the first session. Replies are written by a person — usually within two working days, often sooner for straightforward scheduling questions.
When you write, include your current website or deck, a note on the decision you need to make, and your preferred timeline. That is enough for a useful first reply.
